The real block to your consistent big money months...

Your success is 20% strategy and 80% psychology.

You can be working your butt off and implementing the most brilliant strategies, but if your psychology isn't aligned with your goals, then your successes will be short-lived. Think "feast or famine" cycle. Feast or famine income is a reflection of your inner world - cause and effect - the income is the effect, the cause is your mind.

Let's dial in to your income results here. You have a subconscious financial set-point that is determining your income results. An upper limit, if you will.

If your subconscious financial set point is set (for example) at ￡60k you will earn ￡60k year in, year out. You might have an ￡100K year and feel unstoppable but the following year your income will bomb to bring you back to your subconscious set point.

Evidence of this is everywhere but the obvious is in the phenomenon known as the Curse of the Lottery. Research shows that 60% of Jackpot lottery winners wind up worse off financially within 2 years of claiming their multiple millions! Why? Because they breached their financial upper limit so dramatically that they threw themselves into sabotaging behaviours and got rid of the money as fast as they could!

I was caught up and hit my subconscious set point a few years ago and it damn near saw me closing the doors on my beloved business and feeling like a total failure!!

I'd been online for almost a year and things were going great. I was busy with a steady flow of clients, money was pouring in and I felt like I'd made it when I had my biggest ever month. In September 2016, I made ￡17k. BAM!

I had unknowingly hit my upper limit, and began unwittingly to self-sabotage.

No matter what I did, I couldn't make a penny for the next 4 months. I slashed my rates, threw out desperate offers, back-peddled furiously to see where my messaging had lost it's resonance and I took it all so personally.

It was agonising because I didn't have a clue what was really going on.

Luckily I discovered the truth about set-points during my mad scramble to figure out how to turn the flow back on!

The biggest piece of work that any of us needs to do in order to increase our coaching business income lies in expanding our self-perception, and our subconscious financial set-point.

The good news is there are principles, exercises and specific processes that if followed will see you breakthrough your current upper-limits – permanently.

Every time I’m ready to up-level I take myself through these processes and they are the same ones that helped me overcome debt as well as breakthrough to my next level income ceiling.

If you're dreaming of become a 6-figure coach, for example, then you've got to become a 6-figure coach internally first.

As within, so without.

You've got to align yourself NOW to the beliefs, feelings and actions of a 6-figure coach.

When I'm speaking with a coach for the first time and I'll ask about their income goal, so often they find it hard to say the number out loud, there's a big pause and their voice (and energy) drops and they stutter out a timid: "￡10k per month would be amazing"

They're embarrassed to say it because they don't feel worthy of it, or they feel greedy or they don't believe it can really happen. These blocks are very common, but must be cleared in order to allow in the abundance without self sabotaging.
