Listening to your own thoughts will not tell you who you are; your head is full of voices you’ve heard on tv or read online, self-analysis and comparisons, regrets, worries, admonishments from parents & teachers, dream encounters with celebrities.

Notice how blissful it feels to clear the mind? That’s because stress is a mental phenomenon, sourced by all of those influences we mentioned above. Outside the mind, in reality, there is no such thing as stress. When the mind is clear you connect to what is.

I remember when my business first started to take off. I was suddenly inundated with paperwork, correspondence, and scheduling issues. I complained to my coach, “But now I’ve got to hire an assistant to handle all these administrative tasks.” His perspective was, “That’s what a growing business looks like when it’s doing well.”?

Listen to connect with what works, what flows naturally, what would happen of its own accord, were you not thinking it should be otherwise.
