Who doubts just look at some facts of our life I listed before, beside of the decisive fact of developing a conceptual model of RAIS.

Even as a narrow, weak AI with biased and defective ML algorithms, it runs most of our world:

It runs you smart speakers and virtual assistants

It runs your text editors with autocorrections

It runs your facial recognition software

It runs your robotic machines

It runs your smart home

It runs your disease detection, diagnosis, treatment and recovering processes

It runs your date matching

It runs your smart weapons (LAWs)…

Now, imagine a multi-modal, multi-tasks, general-purpose human-like and human-level machine intelligence and learning. That means all jobs, without exclusion, black-, blue-, white-, and gold-collar workers and works, are to be lost to Human-Like AI in next 5-10 years. Who still is in some doubts, here is the latest news. The AI model, dubbed “BaGuaLu” or “alchemist’s pot,” was run on the latest generation of the Sunway supercomputer at the National Supercomputing Center. The AI model with 174 trillion parameters could be used for several applications ranging from autonomous vehicles to scientific study. Chinese research team says latest Sunway machine is on a par with the US Frontier, the latest machine developed by the US Department of Energy. The data was presented in April during a virtual meeting of Principles and Practice of Parallel Programming 2022, an international conference held by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) in the United States.

Why RAIS 2025? Superintelligence vs. Superstupidity: the B-list of superstupid things

Some fear that advanced AI poses a potentially major existential risk to humanity and that it should be heavily regulated and perhaps even restricted to a small set of government-approved researchers.

All what we have to do is to build real artificial superintelligence (RAIS), based on modeling and simulating reality, causality and mentality, instead of wasting all resources for a human-like and human-level AI to be self-developed as superhuman intelligent machines.

As Grady Booch said in his Don't fear superintelligent AI TED talk:

“We are on an incredible journey of coevolution with our machines. The humans we are today are not the humans we will be then.?To worry now about the rise of a superintelligence is in many ways a dangerous distraction because the rise of computing itself brings to us a number of human and societal issues to which we must now attend. How shall I best organize society when the need for human labor diminishes? How can I bring understanding and education throughout the globe and still respect our differences? How might I extend and enhance human life through cognitive healthcare? How might I use computing to help take us to the stars?”

We should fear super stupid and archaic things in our social ordering, economy, politics, science and technology, arresting future human progress, such as:

What's Wrong with today's AI/ML/DL?

Today’s AI is a software/hardware simulation and imitation of some human functions which is an easy-peasy thing to learn, study and apply; for it is reduced to Statistical Learning and Predictive Analytics and Statistic Programming commercialized as AI, ML and DL:

AI = ML > DL = DNNs < Statistical Learning < Computational Statistics < AGI < ASI

Artificial intelligence (AI) is generally conceived as the application of mathematics, statistics and data analytics and programming to the modelling (primarily) of the functions of the human brain.

The advocates of the ‘Techno-Singularity’ expect that such an AI modelling might one day lead to an irreversible and uncontrollable explosion of ever more intelligent machines; for there seems obvious to all that there is an almost limitless potential for further, equally significant AI discoveries in the future. {Why Machine Will Never Rule the World: AI Without Fear, 2023}

To start, follow its simple general description:

“In machine learning, a common task is the study and construction of algorithms that can learn from and make predictions on data. Such algorithms work by making data-driven predictions or decisions, through building a mathematical model from input data.”

Learn a triple of basic learning methods:

Supervised learning?infers a function from?labeled training data.

Unsupervised learning?finds previously unknown patterns in data set without pre-existing labels.

Reinforcement learning?is concerned with how software agents ought to take actions in an environment so as to maximize a cumulative reward.

So, you need to study a bit of applied mathematics, statistics and programming.
