Ego has no place in a startup.

You need people who are better than you are.

Why hire someone you always have to explain everything to? Isn’t it way cooler to be surprised by someone and say: “Wow, I could never have done that”?

No one is a master in every field. That's why you need the best people in their field in the team. This creates synergies and complementary teams that complement each other.

There is no room for self-promotion in a start-up. Ultimately, it's about moving the company forward and pursuing a vision together.

That is true leadership.

How to manage crises: Our last FIRESIDE CHAT
