The festive season is high time for stress, so many personal triggers used to come up for our clients but it's a eye opening time for them when they notice themselves responding differently. It can take a little time something that helps leaders alot is tweaking the yearly cadence to flow with the seasons vs forcing them

Absolutely, Sam Harvey Your strategies for managing holiday stress are spot on. The holiday season can be a lot to handle, but your advice on turning stress into a chance for peak performance is worth its weight in gold! I love how you emphasize mindfulness and setting realistic expectations. As many have mentioned, it's so important to know our limits and take care of ourselves. This not only keeps us healthy but also boosts our productivity and overall performance. One comment that really resonated with me was about delegating tasks and not being afraid to ask for help. It's a great reminder that we don't have to do everything on our own. Teamwork and support from others can really lighten the load and lead to better results. Another great point was about taking regular breaks and staying active. Even short breaks can refresh our minds and bodies, helping us stay focused and efficient. And finally, reflecting on our achievements and practicing gratitude is such a positive way to wrap up the year. It helps us appreciate how far we've come and sets a great tone for the new year. Thanks again for these practical tips, Sam. Wishing everyone a stress-free and productive holiday season and I would use these tips for sure!
