Ready, Set, Action

We’re in the last third of the 3rd quarter.

You’ve had your annual kickoff and are ready to Take Action … Right?! ?

OK, I get it, we’re ALL not ready yet.? So, what’s the holdup? Where did you get stuck??

Are you clear on:

• WHAT you need to achieve?
• WHY it’s important?
• WHEN it needs to be done?
• WHERE you’ll be making an impact?
• HOW to make it happen?

No, I’m not trying to cause you anxiety, but rather giving you a moment to pause. Just because you don’t feel COMPLETELY ready yet, doesn’t mean the year is a bust … we’re in month 3 and it’s OK.

March is also a month when we celebrate the “luck of the Irish”.?

I believe LUCK is something we create for ourselves.

We start with our mindset and then ...

START SIMPLY.? Celebrate what you’ve already achieved (gratitude) and then answer the key questions from above. Start with SIMPLE answers.? You don’t have to change the world with each answer, but rather gain clarity on what and why you desire to do something.? If you jump to ‘How’ before you’ve answered ‘What’ and ‘Why’, you may end up frustrated.

COMMUNITY:?

Was blessed with the opportunity to meet Fihmiya Hamdan at the beginning of February in Michigan. She is a special person who is warm, kind, and generous. If you don’t know her yet, I’d highly recommend you reach out.

AUTHENTICITY:?

Facilitated a “Come as you are ” Authenticity event, with the US Values Alliance. We had participants (from Canada, England, France, India, and 11 States in the USA). Each person picked a word to honor authenticity at the start of the Lunar New Year. ?Joanne Morton created a word cloud from each contribution and said:? “Seeing all of these words, after hearing the reasons why the words were important, really gives me hope in humanity.”

ANNIVERSARY:?

4-year anniversary for Pieces of I, LLC was on February 14th. What a fun journey it has been, and continues to be, as we help organizations maximize their impact while working across a multigenerational and multicultural workforce.

HEALTH:?

Supported My Density Matters 4th Annual “Find Out My Breast Density Day” event on February 21, 2024.? In case you missed it …
