-Is there a clear goal of how they plan to grow the business?

-Are the leaders and managers of the company actually invested in the business?

2. Culture

-Is the company ethical?

-Are most people enjoying their jobs?

-Is the environment positive and supportive?

3. Money

-Are you making enough money?

-Are you being fairly compensated for what you actually do?

-Do co-workers feel underpaid or are people happy?

4. Future Opportunity

-If you aren't making much money, are you at least learning other skills, making contacts, and doing valuable networking?

-What other benefits do you receive that compensate for low pay?

-Can you see how you can do more for the company in the future?
