I love the point about rediscovering passion as an ongoing process and especially the overall message to OWN this journey as a leader - rather than see it merely as an effect of external circumstances. I often hear leaders say 'This thing happened (restructuring, new boss, regulation change etc.) so I am losing my passion for this work..' and missing to ask themselves 'What is in my power to change to rekindle the passion for this role / mission, despite the circumstances?'
