Really getting excited about the project I'm currently working on…

The X-Factor is scheduled for release in late 2016.

Ahhhhh yes…what we need in this world, one more book! 

I’m an avid reader, averaging a book a week for the past twenty years (patting self on back.)  Yet, after consuming all of that information…very little changed in my life.  

That’s what this book is all about. 

Recent studies have proven that we have Far Less self-disciple than once believed.  In fact, we each only have a thimble full to appropriate every day. 

Knowing this, the crux of my book is taking that thimble-full of willpower and applying it towards the creation of daily rituals that become habits. 

Secondarily, it focuses on the refinement of our core philosophies, rather than just piling more information (methodologies) on top of a flawed foundation. 

If you are anything like I was…frustrated with the fact that despite all of the information out there, you can’t seem to get yourself to change, this may just be your answer.
