Ready for 2022 & beyond...

Happy 2022!

After leaving Lecours Wolfson in January 2021, I was busy preparing for the arrival of twin boys in May, Lennon and River. Three weeks after their birth, we moved from the city to the country. It has been a whirlwind but feel blessed for this dedicated time with family – a silver lining during an ongoing pandemic.?

During this reflective time in 2021, I was preparing to start my career over and stretch myself professionally for the next decade. It wasn’t my first time starting over, I had three careers prior, but leaving hospitality recruitment after twelve years felt right. Luckily, I’ve known for many years and still feel adamant that recruiting is a passion and a calling.

Hence, Aspire Talent Acquisition was created to assist companies that?dare?to prioritize their people over profit, make a positive social & environmental impact, and practice these beliefs daily.?

Our focus is to build leadership teams for start-ups and B Corps by recruiting Executives who?aspire?to leverage their expertise across multiple industries, are open to learning and adapting to a new culture (remote work, diversity/equity/inclusion, mental well-being, etc.), and uplift their people.

There are so many innovative companies that are changing industries, implementing unique strategies, and democratizing services and products that were once monopolized.

I am looking forward to the next decade of collaborating with these new companies, being inspired, and becoming an expert in a different field.

Moreover, I want Lennon and River to learn that adaptability, continual learning and perseverance are key life skills.
