This is the man we can't get enough of! ?? Straight from Germany, nowadays bringing his amazing sense of humour to Finland – meet our awesome Head of Programmatic, Felix Mensing !

1?? What's your role at Readpeak and how long have you been with us?

I’m working as the Head of Programmatic at Readpeak and have been with the company for almost three years.

2?? What's your favourite part about working at Readpeak?

I enjoy working with our publisher partners across different markets. Each market is unique and brings new challenges that we need to adapt to. Apart from that, I enjoy the atmosphere within the company. We have a lot of colleagues with a great sense of humor and a strong team mentality.

3?? What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I am a big sports fan, so I love to watch all kinds of sports as well as being active myself.

4?? What's one interesting fact about you that most people don't know?

I have been a volunteer football coach in Germany and Finland for almost 10 years. I started when I was 17 and couldn’t continue playing myself due to injuries. Seeing the kids make their first steps in the sport and enjoy playing with their friends as they grow older is something that still brings me joy and creates lots of beautiful memories.

5?? What's one piece of advice you would give to someone just starting in your field?

Gain insights from the various players in our industry. Publishers, AdTech vendors, and agencies each have distinct interests and operate differently. By gaining experience across these fields, you can develop a deeper understanding of the industry as a whole, while also discovering where your interests lie and expanding your professional network.

6?? What's one thing on your bucket list that you're determined to accomplish?

It’s not really on my bucket list, but I’m determined to speak at least a little bit of Finnish one day, whenever that might be.?
