It's the weekend!
You've been very focused, and structured with your diet plan all week. You feel quite exhausted now and deserve a break.
The weekends are for relaxing, right?
Yet you feel conflicted.
And the unhelpful voice in your head says 'Sure you can always start again on Monday"
But it might shock you to learn that having a blowout day...
that consists of going knee-deep in wine, Chinese takeaway...

The tension releases and all that focus and structure gets replaced by whatever is easy or perceived as a reward....

And that means, even though you've been SO good throughout the week...
you won't lose any of your menopause belly fat in the long term with this approach.
you may now think you need a different diet plan but it's just as restrictive as the last one...
