And in any active product case, we can have Inactive Users, those users who have not returned to your app for a specified number of days are counted as Inactive users and on a baseline they needed to be addressed and brought back into the system.

So, we have the following tiers of Inactive Users,

  • Inactive in the past 30 days
  • Inactive in the past 15 days
  • Inactive in the past 07 days
