On the third round of interviews with a friend of mine?For an MD sales, he received the following task which is completely irrelevant,?and his reply is so hilarious!

Task:
You need to sell a placement to a client on the CPM model.?
Minimum CPM should be $7 and minimum impression should be minimum 100k.
Placement that you need to sell is:?Placement #2 (reference screenshot)?
It is available both on Desktop and Mobile. Desktop size: 1100x90 px, Mobile size: 300x250 px.

Firstly - The activity is completely subject driven and for that,?I need to have product knowledge.?
Secondly- I hope Mr. Abhinav believes in “on-the-job” training even if it's for just a week. How can I do the activity without the subject knowledge? In professional companies like yours, reporting managers give you a download of the product even if they may not make you understand the product, technical terms, etc. This sounds so funny, anyway!?
Thirdly- The job profile and KRA says “Sales” that I know better than Mr. Abhinav and the team. I am not saying I can sell water to the well but yes I can do well and justify myself in every possible way and if I knew the product I would have been already working in xxx (company name )??
Fourthly - I respectfully decline the offer because this hiring policy shows a lot about what culture you follow. It’s kind of giving targets without giving an offer letter. LOL!?

?5th’ly - The reason Abhinav stretched this process and asked you to drop the zoom call during an interview that day is that he is very much image-conscious, insecure, and weak in communication skills. Trust me I am not lying about this. He can never be a leader!?

These should have been the questions. Well, No need to say thank you for all this information, I love teaching people without being a company :)?
Last but not the least,?1 question for Abhinav - -How will you reach out to the CEO of the company without having his email id, without his LinkedIn, and without knowing his name??
If he answers I will transfer 10k from my account as a bonus for him and I hope you will not reveal this within the company if he fails to answer.?
