Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a professional with the expertise and dedication to contribute significantly to the development and refinement of our web applications. Your pivotal role is essential in delivering an impeccable and user-friendly experience to our clientele.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Front-End Development: Lead the design and development of web applications using React JS, ensuring a responsive and visually appealing user interface.

2. State Management: Implement and manage state within React components, ensuring efficient data handling and a smooth user experience.

3. Component Reusability: Create reusable UI components for use across multiple pages and applications, optimizing development efficiency.

4. Data Integration: Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic, ensuring a cohesive end-to-end system.

5. User Experience (UX): Prioritize user experience by implementing best practices in navigation, interactivity, and accessibility.

6. Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance the performance of web applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.

7. Testing and Debugging: Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of front-end components to ensure error-free operation.

8. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code, component libraries, and application architecture.

9. Version Control: Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for collaborative development and code management.

Qualification:

• Should have 5+ years hands on experience in UI technologies like React Js, Redux, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 & CSS3.
• Expert level knowledge of JavaScript including latest edition(s) of JavaScript (ES2015 / ES6).
• Hands on experience with JavaScript frameworks
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates like AJAX, Promises
• Proficient in advanced CSS3, HTML5 and Bootstrap
• Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries jQuery
• Working experience on testing tool karma/jasmine
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Excellent analytical/reasoning skills
• Good team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
