I have been a full-time health care provider and consultant for my colleagues for 24 years, and as I write this I have health care providers in mind. ?Especially if you love your job, I highly recommend that you leverage it to set up passive income.? It’s a form of consistent cash flow that is strategic and easy to maintain.?We all reach a point in our lives where we need or want time freedom, and because of our existing commitments to patients, employees, leases and so on, we have to purposely prepare for it.?

This involves looking at your short and long-term goals.?There are a number of ways to achieve passive income, but it’s safe to say the most time-tested is real estate investing.?I chose this vehicle almost 10 years ago, and I never looked back.
