Re-introduction: Back and Better Than Ever!

It feels incredible to dust off the cobwebs after a year and a half, and rejoin the amazing LinkedIn community!?Before I bombard you with all the things I've been up to in the past year and a half, let me reintroduce myself (trust me, it's a good read!).

For those who don't know me, I'm Emmanuella Ezedioranma. Until recently, I was your go-to virtual Administrative/Executive Assistant, known for my meticulous attention to detail.

While I used to focus on helping LinkedIn newbies get started, after my time away, I feel like a newbie myself! But guess what? Even when I wasn't actively posting, my network grew from 10k to 12k—a testament to the value I bring, even in my absence. These new connections are another reason why reintroducing myself feels right!

The Aha! Moment and a New Path

Back in September 2022, I had a pivotal client experience. He initially hired me as his Executive Assistant, but saw my potential and tasked me with overseeing the setup, launch, and development of his startup business consulting company.

That project opened my eyes to a whole new career path, and upon completion, I knew it was time to upskill.

I dove headfirst into courses on business development, CRM automation, project and operations management, business process mapping and documentation, and general business administration.?

It was intense! Balancing work, training, family, and a social life became a juggling act, but this new path ignited a passion I couldn't ignore. So, I took a leap of faith, resigned from my long-term job, dropped off LinkedIn, and focused on short-term gigs to keep things afloat.

Back in the Game, This Time as a Business Powerhouse

So, here I am, a year and a half later, ready to re-enter the job market, but this time with a powerful skillset! If you ask, "What do I do?" the answer is simple:

1. I'm a Business Project and Operations Manager, guiding my clients from concept to completion with laser focus and efficiency.
2. I streamline workflows, automate tedious tasks, and unlock data-driven insights to skyrocket your sales and marketing strategies through CRM & Marketing Automations.
3. Need clear and concise SOPs or process mapping? I'm your documentation expert, ensuring smooth operations and knowledge transfer within your team.
