Re-connected

I recently connected with my long-time friends, Jeff and Debi Beebe after learning that they were working with a superfood nutritional company. I was literally blown away with their results! They look amazing and I was also blown away to see how many lives were transformed in so many other levels! I will post their pics in the comments below. 

I got to the point in my life where I was tired of being tired, loss of energy, poor sleep habits, and failing health. I have done my research and I learned the value of these superfoods. I’m so excited every month when my brown box shows up at my door! I have lost weight, sleep better, have tons more energy, and even began an exercise program! 

I am a work in progress and I know that this is more fun to do with friends! I have a team building now and am so excited for each of their results! I would love to have some of my other friends and family join me; who is up for the challenge? 

Summer bodies are made in the winter (which I am aware, it’s officially spring, but you still have time)! This change was only in 2 1/2 months! My nutrition program IS NOT A DIET but a life style change! 

Lost my front butt and have a neck now! Whoo-Hoo
