I am working in collaboration with Mr. Yogeshwar Bodas (more information about the speaker is at the end of this post) in designing a one or two day seminar targeted at R&D leaders. Our target audience could be an R&D leader working in small-scale startup all the way to large-scale MNC companies. Our aim is to collaborate with companies in not just short term of 1 - 2 days period, but rather help companies with more hands-on guidance in the respective fields. This seminar is designed to go beyond 2 days of interaction, in fact it can be culminated in leadership consultancy by the speaker, with emphasis on solving medium to long range problems faced by many Indian companies in approaching international market and cracking the scalability issued faced by the viral adoption of products in broad spectrum of markets.

A brief background about the speaker: 

Yogeshwar Bodas has 35+ years of leadership experience in various R&D positions while working for various companies in Electronics area and he is a contributing partner in the phenomenal growth story that is development of product oriented electronics sector with emphasis on Industrial Automation and development of PLC systems for various industrial applications. He has completed more than 25+ medium-to-large-scale product oriented projects in his 35+ years in industry, and has a great deal of knowledge and experience to share with new and up coming generation of R&D leaders.
