RCCS performance

RCCS has the following outstanding performance

1) For the condensers in large scale thermal power plant, RCCS can effectively decrease the terminal temperature difference by 2-65°C and increase vacuum degree by 10.8%-32% and decrease coal consumption by 2-5g/kw.h;

2) For the condensers in comprehensive resources to energy power plants, RCCS can enormously increase vacuum degree of condensers by 1-5kpa and increase power output by 21%-75%;

3) For top grade evaporators in chemical industry, RCCS can avoid coking and enhance output and product quality and prolong service life of device;

4) For large scale compressors in petrochemical industry, RCCS can increase output of compressors and help effectively solve the problem of insufficient output or surging and decrease shaft power by over 3%;

5) For heat exchangers in salt manufacture industry, RCCS can avoid crystallization on inside tube wall to increase output and product quality and prolong service life of device;

6) For the evaporators in metallurgical industry like alumina, RCCS can greatly increase heat transfer efficiency of evaporators and decrease abnormal halts resulting from fouling in evaporators and reduce consumption of steam;
