A Ray of Sunshine

Hello to all of my dearly valued connections, and those I haven’t met yet. I want to send you an update on my business. I have been absent from LinkedIn for the last couple of months due to a life change. I have previously focused on business coaching and mindset coaching, but I now must follow where my heart is leading me and that is in Energy Healing and Mindset Coaching.

As such, my articles will now focus on healing of the mind/body/spirit as well as coaching. Focusing on the mind/body/spirit is a holistic approach to healing. It's not about taking a bunch of pills and hoping that you will get better. It's not about the short term satisfaction or the temporary affects that many of our current methods provide. It is about actively making choices to heal yourself in the long term so when external circumstances are challenging, you are still able to thrive, find joy, experience love and see the possibilities in life.

So let me ask you. Which ball are you? I certainly hope you are the smiling ray of sunshine ball resonating joy and happiness. Unfortunately, it seems like more people are connecting with the "feeling blue balls" these days.

It has become so extraordinarily apparent to me that so many are in such a difficult place with their lives. Fear, hopelessness, worry, frustration, desperation and a lack of inspiration seem to permeate the minds of so many. It's no wonder: COVID, Isolation, Wars, Injustice, Unemployment, Hatred and so many other challenges in the World today has us wondering if there will ever be a better time.

This realization has led me to a profound realization: Healing has got to be my PURPOSE. I have been performing the Peace Process Energy Healing for my clients for a very long time, but it has not been my primary focus. To be honest, I was a little weary of stepping into the healing world entirely. There is a lot of resistance and skepticism around many forms of alternative healing, but I am now empowered and know that what I provide is something that can easily and effortlessly change the lives of others that I am no longer shying away from this GIFT.
