A ray of light in tough times
Today's story is from Julia Fairfax.
When as a 12 year old recovering from breaking my back and neck, my mother used to sing Bring Me Sunshine to me as I struggled to regain the use of my head and left side of my body, let alone get out of bed. The level of pain was insane. This song got me through a very tough year and it worked - within nine months I had full use of my body back.
It will be with me always.

5 年I have a similar story. Although it involved a shattered pelvis in my 30s. My power song was David Ghetta "Titanium". I still listen to it when I need a reminder of the endurance I'm capable of. Highly recommended it.
