Powersoft announced Thursday that it has signed a binding investment agreement to acquire a 51% stake in K-ARRAY | Unique Audio Solutions . The agreement also grants Powersoft the option to purchase the remaining 49% of K-array’s shares. The transaction is expected to close by March 2025. Click here to read more.
