EVENTS OF THE MONTH

Get Together Meet

We organized our second get-together of the year 2024, in this month and invited our remote employees to join us at the Indore office. Our onsite teammate, Mr. Dharmender Patidar, also joined us for the week. It was a week filled with knowledge sharing and fun.

Corporate Social Responsibility

We held our CSR event at? "Seva Bharti: Jeevan Umang Pariwar (Girls Hostel) in Indore. This tribal girls' hostel supports the education and upliftment of 67 girls from remote villages. As part of our CSR initiative, we donated school shoes, a month's supply of groceries, sanitary pads, stationery, fruits, and chocolates to all the girls and staff members.

Rewards and Recognition

We also honored our employees who have shown commitment and dedication to Rave Digital and have been with us for the past ten to fifteen years. Mr. Gopal Mittal and Mrs. Usha Mittal joined us to present this honor.

This special award was presented to Rakesh Verma (with us for fifteen years), Rahul Parihar (with us for fifteen years), Aakanksha Patel (with us for fourteen years), Jitendra Kicholia (with us for thirteen years), Pawan Bhargava (with us for eleven years), and Laxmi Negi (with us for ten years).

The celebrations continued with delicious snacks and appreciation for the outstanding efforts of our team.

Office Party Celebration

We concluded our get-together with a great party; an evening filled with fun, dance, and unforgettable celebrations. As always, our Ravians say, 'Work hard & party hard,' and the pictures will say it all. Laughter echoed through the night as colleagues bonded over shared moments, creating memories that will be cherished for a long time.

It was a perfect blend of relaxation and camaraderie, reminding us of the strong connections we share as a team.

Independence Day

We celebrated the 78th Independence Day with our Ravians. We decorated our office in tricolor, which vividly and effortlessly brought back childhood memories of celebrating Independence Day in school—with the national flag in hand, patriotic songs everywhere, a high spirit of patriotism, and delicious laddoos and samosas. It felt like being back in school, but this time with office mates.

Monthly Birthday Celebration

Each month, we celebrate our team members' birthdays with personalized touches, like themed decorations and favorite snacks, to make them feel special and appreciated.

These celebrations reinforce our sense of belonging and strengthen our workplace as a supportive and positive environment, enhancing creativity, collaboration, and camaraderie among everyone.
