I thought everyone might like to know that as of right now my best execution for a 30 year fixed is 3.75% with an APR of 3.784% and for a 15 year fixed is just a tiny bit above 3% so it's currently 3.125% with an APR of 3.341%, but I can see the 15 year fixed going down to 3% in the short term.
