The new prices for Jio and Airtel took effect on July 3, with VI's new prices starting on July 4. Jio's price hike ranges from 12% to 25%, Airtel's from 11% to 21%, and VI's from 10% to 21%. Jio has faced the sharpest backlash on social media, prompting many users to turn to BSNL as an alternative.
