Does market entered into a situation where a single penny you keep into the market will turn into gold?

Present situation say YES!

The market fall is due the Global fears like China, Oil prices etc. The market has also fallen several times before like this due to so many crises in 2001, 2008 etc. Market did stumble badly but it didn’t settle there, instead the markets everywhere in the world have recovered quickly.

From the graph you can notice how quickly the market has come out of the crisis in 2008. so, it will recover from this slowdown too.

The same goes with India too. India has been the victim of this kind of crisis before and will be a victim after. But India is the country which is looking very good and everyone in the world will start making their investments into the country soon. I say India is looking good meaning in terms of growth, emerging of new companies, increasing average wage rate, decreasing unemployment rate, good government policies and finally the ultimate talent of youth.

India has withstood these crises before when India is not among the emerging nations but now India is the country with highest growth in terms of GDP and in various economic factors. So, now it should recover faster than before and should post higher market return than before.

Raghuram rajan has recently in World Economic Forum (WEF) mentioned that India is the country that is doing well and will do well in coming days. The fall in the market is due to several reasons in which fundamentals are not part of it.

So, I believe from now India will not worry about the global worries but the world should worry about India. I say that because United States has grown and stood as leader of the world and then China followed and posted an incredible growth for last two three decades. Now, the next stop is India, which will grow faster and will be in a position better than US and China, thanks to saving nature of Indians.

Before crisis occurred because of US, China and it had adverse effect on India but in future India will become The GOD for these countries and these countries will get affected from India.
