Rare development site sold under the hammer

23 Columba Street, Inala presents a 2,446m2 corner block, currently zoned CF5 Community Facilities (Education). The site also has a prior approval for Low Density Residential under the previous Richlands TAFE Redevelopment Scheme.

The property was taken out by a local group with plans to build a single residential dwelling on the site.
