The center serves a local population of nearly 20,000 residents in a prime location near the Leesburg Bypass that sees a large amount of daytime traffic, and an evening dining and leisure crowd.

A top draw at Leesburg Plaza is the range of sit-down and fast-casual dining options available, including?Loudoun Kitchen & Bar, Roy Rogers, Subway, Starbucks, Sweet Frog,?Kobe Japanese Steak & Seafood,?and ResQ BBQ.
