One of the most powerful tools in a survivor's journey towards healing self-care. Taking care of one's physical, emotional, and mental well-being is crucial in overcoming the trauma of rape. This can include seeking therapy, practicing mindfulness and meditation, engaging in creative outlets such as art or writing, and surrounding oneself with a supportive network of friends and family.

It is also important for survivors to speak out about their experiences and advocate for change. By sharing their stories, survivors can awareness about the prevalence of rape and the impact it has on individuals and communities
