In continuation of my Article No. 2

Recent there RAPE Case of ASIFA happened in Kathua (J & K) Highlighted the MEDIA / Society again and Put the Question Mark towards the SAFETY of #WOMEN / #FEMALE and What the Course of ACTION by LAW, #Judiciary of #INDIA.

&

Apart from there are more cases which are happened but might not that important for Society and Media to Highlight and let India Knew. Below are the LINKS to knew these cases.

NOW again my few Questions arise and going to put those below to come up with your opinion and suggestions with support towards positive side.

RAPE _ whom so ever they do it, they do it intentionally, I think am Right, so why LAW is so weak to PUNISH them !!!

LAW is designed / prepared by 70 years ago, the time is different, the thought process of people and society is different, now its total change, so why NOT every 25 Years where ONE Generation is grown up, must change / amend the LAW to make strict system in society / country.

Ancient / #Kingdome Time:

From my point of view those time of good when Kingdoms are there, if any one rape to female, the punishment is any of the below:

i. Rapist has to marry with the lady and accept her as wife.

ii. Rapist has to support the lady to feed her for whole life time by giving money or house.

iii. Finally, Rapist has to sentenced to Death, if he Fails to do above.

And I think that is the best time, NO one dare to do the RAPE, everyone respect the Women and Honour her work.

At that time, they really mean the Female as #Goddess.

What about Today !!!

People who Raped small Kids, they have the Pictures / Status at their homes of Goddess and pray them and what they did with small female Kids !!!

Shit _ Shame

There are few #Movies / #Films too in which Anil Kapoor and Amitabh Bachan Acted as Hero’s & same type of decisions are to be taken shown there as films are based on Kingdome type of authorities of Actor in his Area / Time period.

A RAPIST is not all the Innocent and never this happen by mistake, so why LAW give soft edge to these people who RAPE the small kids.

Is LAW once think about the PAIN of the #Parents ???

Is LAW once think about the PAIN of Family, when they the small KID is NO more & never say them Papa / Mummy. !!!

Is LAW once think about the PAIN of #Mother, who give birth to kid after a #PAIN of 9 months !!!

Is LAW once think about the PAIN of a #Father, who has made so much of Dreams for her #Daughter !!!

For what they are waiting, things happen to them or their female members in #family !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Than they come up with strong protest and things get done.

The RAPE is planned / plot things by Rapist, so there is NO Scope for them to give a soft edge / corer, they must punished the same way, which earlier days in ancient time was or I must say, let it decide to the female what she want, get marry with rapist or want judgement of sentenced to hang till death.

“etni hi aag / tharak lagti hai, toh expense some money to hire a call girl” etni bhi aukat nahi hai and do the Rape of small Kids.

Have they not ashamed as they have Mother and Sister and other relation female at home.

In this context I have a question to #Corporate World / NGO’s who encourage the Women #Empowerment !!!

Only supporting to those females / women’s ladies who are educated and are on good positions with some of good MNC and #Companies !!!

What these big tycoons women’s do for their own fraternity,

What these big business ladies do for their own female community when some kid female get raped. !!!

What big corporate world companies do when some small female kid get rapped ?

What is mean to make the policy of sexual harassment under HR policy when these corporates are not supposed to do any thing out of their office to support the female who get raped. !!!

December 2012 – Nirbhya Case.

It has been 6 years in a row, what the change in LAW as come up!!! To punish the RAPIST ???

They are roaming / enjoying their LIFE in Jails and waiting for their to come out and with 52 inch chest they roam in the society, fearless and furious way.

Watching a debate in Social Media organized by a News channel that one young female pointing out each and every political party and yes that is true… the opposition is always blame to their opposition party fort he security of female / women in the society and when they come into power the other oppositions party leaders start blaming, but what as Together they do for this situations.

The young female said rightly, come out from your narrow mind box and let unite together at-least at some point to do some act towards to safeguard the women from these type of incidents, rather than blaming on parties.

But I never seen either of the political party come forward together to do take some serious action on this to make / change the LAW.

Our Judicial is really very slow / pathetic where it took years on years but case never get solved.!!!

Again there is a Film / Movie named Jolly LLB 1 & 2 and 2nd is based on true story event where Judge Mr. Shaurab Shukla says some fact incidents that sometimes before start of case they knew who is real victim and sometimes after one or two hearings they came to knew what the real facts are, but our LAW is like that on basis of proof we have to took decisions.

He rightly said that N no of cases are pending in the courts and there are NO support from Govt to close all these.

Is this really not surprising that even after that, our Govt. Officials our Bureaucrats, not took some action to come up in front to change the system?

Cause not in Bollywood movies, these type of films are also produced and directed by South Indian Directors to represent the actual practices going on in today’s LAW.

As I heard that our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, on daily basis they torn the pages of old LAW’s which has no existence now, but what are the basic law’s, which directly connects to public safety !!!

We respect the person who create / introduce the constitution & law of India, but he is too a Man, who is intelligent of his time but its not Bible that we can’t change it.

LAW is something which can amend on the situations and the time it is going on. 

So my says that Only on #Social #Media ( #Facebook, Twitter, #WhatsApp ) we just support to these, I agree these are powerful tool too, to give justice on some extent and sometime fully to someone, but for the prompt and seriousness in which somewhere we all are get frustrated at some extent to see the outcome of law on daily basis issues,

Let come out together the Managing #Directors / Vice #Presidents / #Executives / #Officers / #Managers of big private reputed companies to Join their hands together to support these type of issues in ONE go from all over India  & supporters from outside India from around the World too.

On the issue, let all take off / office should shut down / off.

Let walk out upto Constitution and do peaceful march.

Let all work shut down for 3 days, let these Judiciary awake.

Again after 15 days, let complete off and walk.

Repeat this keep off system for coming 3 months, but in ONE go, Whole INDIA, the result will be there. For sure outcome will come.

This is our Country / Constitution and we are public Vote to elect the Political leaders & govt. employees are Public Servant to serve the public, so why we fear to get our right, to ask Govt. to make amendments in law for our own safety.

For what we are waiting… another Rape, Another Murder & we see / read the news and go on by saying that “kuch nahi ho sakta es Hindustan ka” / “oh ek aur case” / “kya ho rha hai edhar”, “govt kuch karti kayun nahi” / “yahan toh rehna bekar hai, bahar ki country achi hai”
