A global partnership between Randstad Global IT Solutions and TCS will result in one of the world’s largest end-to-end public cloud marketplaces for IT infrastructure services. The deal announced in the Netherlands in June this year sees Randstad, enacting a major IT transformation through asset and vendor optimization, process standardization, automation and deriving economies of scale.

The move follows Randstad's announcement last year of an IT Shared Services Center through centralization of global processes and technology, specifically in the areas of networks leveraging public internet and Datacenter hosting in the public cloud.

This engagement will enable Randstad to significantly boost the agility and scalability of its global IT services, as well as drive efficiencies and economies of scale. Customers will accordingly have all the choices from public cloud marketplace and the benefits of other services enabled through a Global Network Delivery model.

Randstad is one of the largest HR services providers in the world, with more than 4,600 locations across 39 countries and more than 19 Billion EUR in revenues globally. The company specializes in sourcing talent across a range of industries – from accountancy and finance to construction and engineering – as well as delivering outsourcing solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Services Programs (MSP).
