We are excited that our inaugural REVup Internship Program launched Monday, March 29th! An initiative born from the Better Tomorrow Task Force, the Randstad Technologies Group REVup (Randstad Empowering Visionaries) Internship Program is a mutually beneficial 8-week program that provides students with important work experience while creating a pipeline of top talent for future employment, adding to and diversifying our workforce. REVup gives interns room to explore and have full-time employee responsibilities in hopes that today’s interns will become tomorrow’s top colleagues and leaders. Selected interns are represented from various HBCUs (historically black colleges and universities). HBCUs are respected for their diverse collegiate communities and uplifting excellence by connecting with people of all walks of life, regardless of race and gender. Each intern is paired with a sponsor who helps to guide them through the course of the program. We are thrilled to have the following sponsors for our inaugural intern class: Andy Hutsell - RT Area Recruiting Director, RT East Recruiting Angella Savage - RT New Business Development Director, RT Center of Excellence Katie Toth - Engineering Area Recruiting Director, RE Delivery Matt Akiyama - RT Area Recruiting Director, RT West Recruiting How can you get involved? Volunteer to be a sponsor for a future intern class We need your expertise to bridge classroom and work experiences for the intern through coaching, counseling and reinforcing positive attitudes and performance.
