Random Training Leads To Random Results.

Random Training Leads To Random Results.

Rotating exercises all the time does not equate to sustained success. To improve and increase performance, you need to be consistent and swapping in and out exercises does not lead to consistency.

Random training leads to random results.

Doing the same shit repeatedly can get boring, and it's important to feel excited about your training. It leads to more effort, which is a spicy ingredient for making progress. People get hung up on finding every possible exercise variation and endlessly cycling through them.

So, my advice is to pick a few exercises for each muscle that feel great and, more importantly, that work well for you. If you want to change or add a new one, then that's cool but make sure you’re doing it for a good reason.

However, my advice would be to keep the same exercises for 8 weeks, and when you feel like you’re getting bored;

  • Swap around the reps and sets.
  • Add pauses in.
  • Change the tempo.
  • Add in some supersets.

By changing the approach, you are making your training more interesting, but you’re also being consistent with the exercises, which will allow for greater results.
