Nowadays everyone praises the Japanese men's national football team as the most promising Asian team for their performance of outrivaling nearly all peer the other men’s national football teams in Asia. But, 30 years ago the Japanese men's national football team is just one average team regionally and do you know how did they achieve it? In 1992 Saburo Kawabuchi ,then-president of the Japan Football Association(JPA), resolutely resigned from the glorious position and established the Japanese Professional League completely decoupled from the Japan Football Association after found that the JPA is managed inefficiently by a group of politicians not capable of managing the football. From then on, along with establishment of the J League that strictly followed the rules of professional football, a complete set of echelon construction for Japan football begin, as well as a prosper era that the football team outrivals all other peer national teams in Asia.
It is known that the English Football Association cannot well-manage the Premier League, the Italian Football Association cannot well-manage Serie A, the Spanish Football Association cannot manage La Liga, and the Japanese Football Association cannot well-manage the J-League. So, in the eyes of people in all countries with developed football industries, this can be a common sense that the practice of enabling/authorizing the Football Association to manage a country's professional football league, is equivalent to allowing the government running a company, which will definitely lead to corruption that will definitely ruin the industry due to the negative impact on the talent cultivation.
In China, many people also called for following the above rules for football and put the proposal on the table of a certain national leader of the Communist Party of China for approval. At that time, the leader just declined with such sayings: what is your ulterior motive of your proposal of running football by kicking out the party committee? Therefore, afterwards the Chinese national men's football team kept losing in the football matches with other countries till they recently lost the match to Vietnam, a team notoriously for their poor performance for decades in Asia. In short, the Chinese men's national football team, did not lose because of the physical fitness of the team members, but because of their systems of managing the football.

There is a saying: Three years of campaign-style COVID epidemic prevention and control proves a fact that :once the grassroots people have power, they will cause huge disasters to the country. This sentence is very tempting, because the White Guards and neighborhood committees from the bottom of society in China did create huge disasters during this period, but on the other hand, power should come from the bottom and be authorized from the bottom up. Therefore, the question is not that the grassroots people have power and will cause disasters, but the opposite: the problem is that the grassroots people have no power to elect officials and authorize them developing and passing the various laws and decrees, on the contrary, it is the top that has supreme power and arbitrarily authorizes it to the hooligan groups it likes, which leads to the various disasters you can see with your eyes. For example, the various disasters that occurred during the Cultural Revolution, were caused due to the release of power by the top leaders of the Communist Party of China to the Red Guards.
So, don't believe those seemingly true golden sentences. Surely some pitfalls are there.

Recently, people in China have been learning the Constitution of the People's Republic of China. Today is Constitution Day. I took a look at the first article of the Constitution's general outline: The People's Republic of China is a socialist state under the people's democratic dictatorship, which is led by the working class and based on the worker-peasant alliance.
Unfortunately, the fact we see is that the workers working at Foxconn, as the leading class of the People's Republic of China, suffered for fake contracts and owed wages, and were beaten. They were even driven out of the factory during this three-years epidemic, which is equivalent to being exiled 70 miles in ancient times; the farmers, who are the basis of the above-mentioned worker-peasant alliance, cannot go to the fields to sow and harvest at will during this epidemic, because they will be punished by being tied to a tree if they do so.
