Random thought for fresher
Recently many people are saying that freshers are underpaid, companies are not paying, even people are comparing Engineers with Uber/Ola drivers. Freshers are not getting the ROI of their investments in studies.
Trust me this is just a story to raise some likes. If you studied well in your course duration either it’s 3 or 4 years course. Then there are plenty of jobs available in the market that are paying well.
If you didn’t study in your college then you have to waste money and time again in some coaching centers, training institutes or free/paid internships.
Think from companies perspectives as well they have to train you which is also a good investment for a company with no guarantee that you will stay with them or will take an offer from another company and will fly.
I know many freshers who are really good, their coding styles are far better than 2-3 years experienced developer, communication and management is much better than experienced guys.
They are earning well in their job or in their startups.
Don’t waste your time in just searching for a job and thinking that you are fresher and you are not getting a job. Try to think of any new idea and work on the same, if you don’t have any idea try to create a replica of your favorite application, contribute to opensource community, reply to people on stackoverflow, create youtube videos, write articles, read books, watch videos, take Udemy courses. Try to run, walk, crawl, don't stop at one place do something or the other, keep trying, do whatever makes you feel happy.
Nowadays you have tons of platforms to showcase your skills. I guarantee people will notice your talent and will offer a job to you.
If you are getting any offer accept it either it’s less or more, just start your career at least it will give you experience.
