I encourage you to commit a random act of kindness and have an attitude of gratitude. If you watch the news, you would think there are only bad incidents happening in the world. I guess that is why I don't watch the news, except for Dallas Raines who enthusiastically explains the weather.

That is another topic for another day as I love people who are enthusiastic like me. Back to Random Acts of Kindness. My neighbor Jake is truly a wonderful person. He always helps me out when I have had trouble with my garage door opener. You may not realize it, but it is very annoying when you have to get out of your car and open it with your key. It sounds like a small thing, but it is so easy to press the button and drive right in. I decided to get him a Starbucks gift card as a way of thanking him. Thank you Jake and to all of the wonderful people in this world. I look forward to meeting you.

I encourage you to get out into the world and meet new people. As Lou Tice says, get out of your comfort zone and find out what is missing.
