Who's the best boss you ever had?

Did you know they worked for you? I’m not even joking: your boss works for you.

As I meet with companies in search of my next chapter, I'm often asked to describe my "leadership style." After several lengthy attempts, I think I've finally boiled it down:

If you have what you need to do your job, as a leader, I’ve done mine.

You can call it reserve leadership, servant leadership, call it whatever you like. You can say it’s leading from the front, top down, or eating last. It comes down to this: point is the work and the team who does it. A leader’s job is to help them make it happen.?
