Happy Thursday!
This week has been a mix of planning and training the team on mindset. I'd say it's my favourite part about working with any client is to build a small but mighty dream team and train them on growth mindsets. It is a lot harder than it sounds.
If you’ve been following along my journey since moving to Austin in Feb 2024, you know I’m trying to finalize my immigration to the US. I am still waiting for the final word.
Also, since the last newsletter update, our church (Toye, Isaac, Peter and I) did our first outdoor service and outreach. It was an incredible experience. More people turned up to help than our usual service. What an honor to be a part of it.
Monday night, I went to McCombs to hear JCal's Fireside chat. I snuck in my little flyer to invite him to the upcoming Austin Podcast Superfan Meetup (details before). Please RSVP as soon as you can as I plan on reaching out to JCal, Friedberg (via JCal), Sam Parr and Chris Williamson.
Turns out, JCal is a huge fan of Chris. So if Chris is a yes, JCal is likely a yes.
Oh and a little bird told me that Chris Williamson may drop by my GSD Power Sesh this Sunday. RSVP link below. Not 100% sure yet as it depends on their event before that.
Anyway, I hope to have good news soon re: immigration. IF you know anyone in the government who can help in my case, please let me know. At this point, another attorney won't help.
