RAJAR Q2: Commercial radio’s best ever results

RAJAR has released the latest listening figures for commercial radio and it’s great news for brands and advertisers, with commercial now reaching a record 49.5 million adults, or 88% of the 15+ population per week.

The results are commercial radio’s best ever, with a share now standing at 54.5%, up from 51.4% three months ago and 18 million more hours of listening compared to last year.

It's another strong set of results for digital listening too, with 68.6% of listeners now tuning in digitally for a total of 697 million hours per year, up from 674 million a year ago.
