RAISING CHANGE AGENTS

When I started Adding Value with Evelyn Teachers Empowerment Program (AVwE- TEP), I just wanted to add value by meeting a need. I didn't envision it will become an initiative where teachers are not only inspired and empowered but also transformed to lead change in their sphere of contact and the world at Large. But as time went by the vision became clearer.

Adding Value with Evelyn Teachers Empowerment Initiative (AVwE-TEI) not only trains but nurtures and involve past attendees in the organisation, planning and operations of subsequent programs hence the AVwE- TEP Alumni.

So I watched these wonderful educators as they competently handled the session 'Parent - Teachers Relationship: Views, expectations and impact on students achievement' with so much passion and zeal as they brought their knowledge and experience on the topic to the fore. The class was on fire??!!!

Am I proud! Oh yes, who won't be proud of these change agents, my exceptional coachees.

Beulah Marshall and Adejumobi Olufunke, thank you for your dedication and commitment to develop human capital.

Let me drop this here, Mrs Adejumobi, the proprietor of Hey dey school, Mowe not only has an amazing personality and I can do ability, but also a Jolly phonics expert, yeah right, a complete package. She's one proprietor who supports and ensures continuous Development of her staff.

Marshall International school was breathtaking, everything was in the right place, you could see safety signs everywhere, I just couldn't stop complimenting Mrs Marshall for such a perfect place for educating Young ones in the heart of MAGBORO. it wasn't just about the structure and serenity but knowledgable and quality teachers as well. Hmmmnnn! I can keep going on and on but let me stop here.

AVwE- TEI is a movement raising change agents and bringing quality change to our communities.
