72% of girls feel that society limits them by dictating what they should and shouldn’t do. Sometimes, these limiting messages can be found in unexpected and subtle places – like on your phone. They may seem small, but emojis are more than just funny faces. They’ve become how girls express themselves in text and online. But do emojis truly represent girls? Always asked, and it turns out 67% of girls feel that even emojis imply that girls are limited. Together, we can change that! Let’s make girl emojis as unstoppable as the girls they represent.

So proud of our Israel Head&Shoulders team pushing boundaries, daring to win and being recognized on a global stage… talking about dandruff!

Their Challenge : While 1 out of 2 people suffer from Dandruff, only 20% use H&S mostly because they are un-aware they have Dandruff.

Their Solution: Sponsorship of Israel’s No. 1 Sports Team – Maccabi Tel Aviv , 6 Time European champions.  The arena was packed with more than 10,000 excited fans and each spectator received an H&S sponsored Maccabi cap. Little did the fans know that on the inside of these cool caps a dandruff test strip was attached so only when the announcer asked everybody to take off their hats and look inside they realized they were just tested for dandruff, with many deniers facing reality for the first time.

 

 

Gillette India - Bachelor of Shaving

Best Local Execution of a Global Brand (Gold); The Utility/Public Service Award (Gold)

Changing the lives of thousands of rural graduates in India. Gillette’s Bachelor of Shaving was the world’s largest development outreach program running in 1,500 colleges in rural areas across India – helping prepare graduates for life after college with career counselling, resume writing and interview skills training and, of course, grooming expertise showing the young men how to get the perfect shave to make the best first impression.

 

Whisper India – Whisper #LikeAGirl and Proud

Best Local Execution of a Global Brand (Bronze)

Bringing the global #LikeAGirl campaign to India with a local twist --- challenging gender stereotypes and giving girls in India confidence that they can achieve whatever they put their mind to, using inspirational Indian women as ambassadors from Olympic Champions, TV celebs to Bollywood Stars.
