Almost all of us could be better listeners. I know I could and I even wrote a book with a chapter on listening.?

There’s a big cost we all pay by not being good listeners. Poor listening leads to lost sales, upset clients and conflicts with colleagues, friends or loved ones.?

It doesn’t have to be that way. If I could improve my listening skills, so could you.?

This lab will:

1. remind you why listening is important,?
2. teach you a few valuable distinctions that will help you to become a better listener and?
3. give you the opportunity to develop your active listening acumen by playing the Active Listening Olympics.
