If you want to improve your Employee Retention, Engagement, Safety, and Loyalty then Stop what you are doing and help educate them on their Credit Scores, ways to improve them and even pay for their credit repair. Why? Well it's like a built in raise which reduces the employees interest rates and makes life so much easier. I have talked to hundreds of managers and business owners that are so happy when an employee buys a home or a new car whereas the employee is now less likely to leave. If they are commissioned base their sales will increase.
I have personally talked with so many employees that can't buy a house because of bad credit so they are left renting (giving their money away to the landlord).
