Note from the CEO
It’s been a busy month at the Rainmaker HQ as we close out the penultimate quarter of the year. We’ve had the privilege to host numerous workshops across culture and compliance with old clients and new, meeting a host of people at every event. While we absolutely love imparting our knowledge to our partner organizations and their teams during these workshops, what I enjoy even more is listening to people’s lived experiences. Every person is unique, as are their experiences, and the more we listen and absorb, the better we are at our job, and the more significant the difference we can make.
Our focus this month has also been on a number of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption case studies that shook the business world. We’ve presented the details of each of these cases and, critically, our learnings from them on our social media channels. Do pop by and give them a watch to know what to do and what not to do in similar cases.
Closer to home, the #MeToo movement has gained significant momentum in the Malayalam film industry, with several actresses speaking out against harassment and misconduct in the industry. This growing wave of voices is challenging long-standing power dynamics and advocating for a safer, more equitable workspace for all; a move we are here for.
With both the festive season and the year’s final quarter upon us, we Rainers are looking to end the year with a bang. Every year, we take a step forward in creating safe and ethical workplaces and yet, every year, we have a long way to go. We’re glad to have you along with us on this journey.
