The rain drop is the same, its worth depends on the association

You are known by the company you keep is a normal thing in life. In any profession if you carry with values, one day you will get it. I saw so many people, they don’t respect their work. I believe we need respect to words our work. Whether that is small or big the work is work. For every small work we need perfection, when it come ? If we know the value of our work, then only we can give good out put. When you don’t have respect for your work? How can you expect from others?
When I saw in other country’s people work for themselves, they hardly do it with dedication In my opinion people need to understand what you need whether Name / fame /respect. Then you decide what that path you really wanted to take. Is it taking you in right way? Society” doesn’t give anybody any respect. People give other people respect. There are some people that give other people respect because of their profession, but I think that is shallow.
There are others that appear to give respect to people based on fear. That is in response to how a lot of bullies function. That isn’t respect. The best reason to respect somebody is based on their character. Yes, few people will give respect only on the basis of your profession but not everyone. This is commonly seen in the society today. For example if an employee is working in Govt sector people will praise him so much for his position but once he is retired, due respect will be decreased gradually, because he has no more the power of his chair or position.
Never mind unwanted respect from society is lead by the foolish people. It is better to mind your business and keep yourself happy. Everyone works to fill his belly and the society will not come forward when you are suffering from hunger or thirst. I’ve often said that the guy in the expensive suit behind the wheel of the Mercedes would be dead in the water without the tech who does the repairs and maintenance on it.
The rest of us would be living in the dark silence without the power line workers, the phone company techs, the guys who actually come to the house and poke wires through the walls, and so on. And without builders, we’d be hard-pressed to live anywhere but in caves. They don’t earn the top notch salaries that the folks on rich families earn.
We often lust after cash in huge quantities, and we use the acquisition thereof as a way to judge others. And we have developed a society which prizes classical education to the highest possible level as the only worthwhile goal. Does anyone get less respect than a farmer in the fields? The classic view of him is an uneducated, dirty, unkempt man in overalls.
It’s far from accurate, but the image has been repeated so often in the media that it’s hard for many to change their concept to the reality of a man with a college degree operating a massive piece of equipment that has a satellite guidance system to keep the plowed rows straight and tell him exactly what and where he has planted. In a free enterprise system currency is exchanged for real goods or real services.
If this were the actual case, it would mean that people who command higher compensation provide more products or greater service than those who command less compensation. It is not the actual case, however. Due to unjust laws, there are many who can legally leverage and extract more currency from the economy for controlling access to real goods or real services, which is really a disservice. Ask yourself this, how much real goods or real services can one person actually factually produce? All those leveraging greater compensation than they really produce are making use of unjust legal leverage.
There are just laws trying to mitigate this by preventing monopolies. Writing just laws and just tax code is a work largely frustrated by those who can afford protracted legal pressure and can afford to influence legislators themselves. It is unjust laws and unjust tax code that allows legal leverage and the extraction of currency as a substitute for providing real goods or real services. That and enough people who do not understand this to allow it to go on. Cheers!
