Everyday it is like a Religion for Ciarán to get out with his football and practice something. When nobody is coming out to play ball because they have been practicing or training with their academies or clubs, Ciarán still has to get out to practice or he just won't be himself.
He has often come home from 2 hour training sessions with his Club or Academy and goes straight back out to play or practice more ball.
Where we live at the moment has no shortage of walls to practice off if nobody is coming out so Ciarán often practices touch in different ways as in this video.
