No Ragrets!

During this holiday weekend, I thought back on my career - things I learned and experienced and the incredible people who I was so fortunate to meet along the way. I wouldn’t change a dang thing. Truly no regrets!

It is at this point in my career, I feel an enormous amount of gratitude for those who aided in guiding me through this journey. I’ve met so many talented people and been a part of groundbreaking work. You may be one of those people and reading this right now (yes, it is YOU!). If so, from the bottom of my heart, thank you!

I’m also reminded this holiday of JFK’s words, “ask not what your country can do for you —?ask what you can do for your country."

At work, it is about how all of us?depend on the willingness not just to do our part,?but to hold ourselves, accountable?to the promises we make for our work and to one other.

That sums it all up for me.

You know, I’m really excited about my next career move and the promise I am keeping: to focus on how I give back to the HR community, the field in which I represent and its constituents, and help those who aspire to do extraordinary things in their career. The time is now for me to share everything I know and how it can help others. I want to help as many as I can!
