RafaRocks celebrates 2023 accomplishments

RafaRocks is the super hero name I chose for myself two years ago, when I needed some inspiration to overcome a tough time. Now, as 2023 is about to end, I want to reflect on and celebrate 10 amazing things I have accomplished in 2023:

1. I helped my child get through a difficult period at school and improve his performance.
2. My wife and I doubled our combined income and achieved financial stability by clearing 90% of our debt.
3. I assisted +10 people setting their first stone into their dream jobs in the cybersecurity field, and still helping around 30 people including time coaching in TD Latinos in Leadership- United Way Greater Toronto , Thank you Jaime Pacheco
4. I met Jorge Francisco Suárez Basá?ez , a legend in the gaming industry, a shark tank winner and General Manager of KaraOkulta - An Amber Studio , after tracking/follow his GPS in Toronto for an hour.
5. I visited my dream universities, 美国麻省理工学院 and 美国哈佛大学 , and also became a member of Harvard Innovation Labs and Microsoft for Startups as volunteer CTO for Aleph Leadership .
6. I assisted six cybersecurity conferences and grew knowledge while growing my network.
7. I excelled at my job at TD bank, despite dealing with challenging situations, working in the second line of defense with a team of exceptional very strict/rigorous professionals. Thank you Eduardo Delgado (him/his) Daniel Chavarria
8. I learn to use 微软 Power App & Power Automate and created three new tools for my team that have raised the standard, and brought new efficiency to our team.
9. I made my first Power BI dashboard with public information and presented it to the Senior Vice Presidents TD Bank who liked it.
10. Last but not least, I expanded my LinkedIn network to almost 19,000 followers, bringing value in every interaction.
