The Radius Way

Here at Radius Packaging, we have 5 guiding principles that we follow every day. Our 5 Guiding Principles are Champion Positive Change, Act with Integrity, Strive for Excellence, Emphasize Community, and Work Together. Whether visiting local high schools, volunteering around the community, or putting together a team to help minimize our environmental impact, we continue to live up to our principles every day.?

Champion Positive Change

At Radius, one way we champion positive change is by helping to educate the youth in our community. Our goal is to help them obtain an education that will give them the knowledge and skills to succeed and become life-long learners. We are passionate about creating relevant learning opportunities for students, both inside and outside the classroom, to improve their lives and communities.

Act with Integrity

We work hard as a company to act with integrity both in and out of our buildings. One way we here at Radius act with integrity is by focusing on our environmental impact. Radius is committed to improving our recycling initiatives, lowering our carbon emissions, and making it easier for all members to recycle.

Strive for Excellence

The Radius team strives for excellence every day by going above and beyond in their work. We honor our members who continue to reach this principle through our various employee recognition programs. In 2022 we were recognized publicly for upholding this principle when we were honored with the Plastic News Excellence in Industry & Public Service award.

Emphasize Community

Our commitment to community engagement remains strong. Through donations of service, sponsorship, and other resources, our members continue to give back and make a difference for the communities where we live and work. Some of the organizations we support are Hope House, Lighthouse Youth Center, Little Warrior Foundation, and more. We are proud of the work we are able to do in our community.

Work Together

As a company, we are committed to upholding this principle by demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and collaboration throughout all areas of the Radius team. Recently Radius has been working together with WMEP to implement a 6S program. Our team is collaborating and working hard to begin implementing the program.
